Framed along the tranquil shores of Lake Pend Oreille, this condo redefines lakeside living through an organic, modern-minimalist lens. We approached the design with intentions of restraint and harmony - letting the lake view breathe, while accentuating the interior with carefully chosen materials, quiet palettes, and elegant gestures. The result is a calming, refined retreat where less truly becomes more.

Urban offices are no longer defined by rows of desks and fluorescent lighting. Today, companies want their work environments to be as inspiring as the work itself. For this urban office project, LOFT THIRTY ONE was tasked with transforming a raw space into something functional, warm, and elevated. The result is a workplace that celebrates its architectural bones - exposed vaulted ceilings and original brick walls - while layering in warmth, industrial finishes, and purposeful seating zones that make every meeting feel intentional.
