When it comes to luxury design, few places capture imagination quite like Paradise Valley, Arizona—a desert enclave where elegance meets edge, and expectations run sky-high. At LOFT THIRTY ONE, we were honored to contribute to one of the most ambitious residential projects in Arizona history: a 23,000-square-foot estate that recently closed for $33.5 million, becoming the most expensive home ever sold in the state.

The home spans nearly 2.5 acres and includes six bedrooms, 13.5 bathrooms, and some of the most jaw-dropping features we’ve ever integrated into a private residence—including a safe room connected to a shooting range, basement lounge, and full bar. But the real story behind the home isn’t just its scale—it’s how we made it happen from over 1,300 miles away.

To ensure alignment, we produced detailed 3D renderings, comprehensive mood boards, and virtual walkthroughs. Every piece of furniture, lighting fixture, and hardware component was reviewed through our client-first process, refined for cohesion, and tracked through our in-house procurement team.
